Training Rooms and Office Space
Our building is well suited for many types of event, and has a large free car park and accessible toilets.
We have vending machines which sell hot drinks, cold drinks, and snacks, at very reasonable prices.
Use of the garden and picnic area is also available at certain times with prior agreement.

Manual Handling Room
We have a fully equipped Manual Handling Room for qualified trainers to hire, which can accommodate up to 14 people.
The room can be hired by the day (9.00am to 4.30pm)
or half day (9.00am to 12.30pm or 1.00pm to 4.30pm
Business & Commercial Users:
£130 per day
£80 per half day
Statutory & Voluntary Organisations:
£90 per day
£60 per half day
Please note - we do not provide the trainer.
Conference Room
We have a bright and spacious Conference Room for hire which can accommodate up to 50 people.
The room can be hired by the day (9.00am to 4.30pm)
or by the hour within these times.
The room can also be booked out of hours by organisations who already have office space in the building, or organisations who are looking for a regular booking with keyholder responsibility.
Business & Commercial Users:
£100 per day
£15 per hour
Statutory & Voluntary Organisations:
£90 per day
£12.50 per hour
Office Space
Our building is part of the former St George’s Hospital in pleasant rural Semington, Wiltshire. The centre is fully accessible with a ramped entrance, lift to the first floor, accessible toilets, and a defibrillator on site. There is ample free car parking with external CCTV for security, and meeting rooms are available to hire.
