New Staff Room

If you've visited the ILC recently, you may have noticed some of the changes happening across the centre - from our new logo and branding, to colourful updates in our assessment rooms. And there’s more going on behind the scenes too!

We’re currently giving our staff room a much needed refresh. Our team work incredibly hard to support the people who come through our doors, often putting the needs of others before their own, so we wanted to create a more suitable space where they can properly switch off and recharge.

A huge thank you goes to family members of our CEO, who kindly donated our new sofas and helped start the transformation from "a cluttered storage space with a few chairs", into something far more relaxing. This is still a work in progress, but it's already starting to feel much more comfortable.

We'd love to hear your thoughts on the before/after pictures, and we’re excited to keep improving the ILC, both for the people we support and for our brilliant team who keep everything running.
